The role

Junior Account Manager for Sitebee, Gentoo Media's compliance and brand protection tool, thrives in a partner-facing role, has a positive outlook, and most importantly enjoys providing an outstanding experience to our operator customers. Junior Account Manager's responsibilities include developing long-term, trusting relationships with our customers, identifying new opportunities. Junior Account Manager will oversee a certain number of customers and will be their main appointed contact for all questions and demands.

What you'll be doing

• Manage Sitebee accounts and maintain strong relationships with operator customers, acting as a primary point of contact.

• Address customer inquiries through various communication channels, ensuring accurate and timely responses.

• Identifying opportunities for product improvement and sharing insights with relevant teams.

• Document and update customer interactions, transactions, and issues in the internal CRM system, ensuring data accuracy at all times.

• Coordinate with the technical support team to address and resolve technical issues reported by customers.

• Collaborate with internal departments to resolve complex issues and provide comprehensive solutions.

• Monitor and follow up on operator accounts to ensure issues are resolved and satisfaction is maintained.

• Facilitate the onboarding process for new operator partners, ensuring a smooth transition and clear understanding of our offerings.

• Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and customer service best practices.

• Handle repetitive daily, weekly, and monthly tasks including report generation, data organisation, and cooperation with related teams on similar assignments.

• Support team members with day-to-day tasks, project coordination, and administration when required.
  

Who we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.

• 1 year of experience in a similar role with digital products, online advertising, or sales

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Great verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Computer proficiency, with confidence in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Ability to handle multiple accounts simultaneously.
