Gentoo Media Inc. was previously named Gaming Innovation Group Inc. In September 2024, the Company completed a restructuring process where the Company was divided in two, where the Media business (previously GiG Media) continued as Gentoo Media, and the Platform and Sportsbook business was spun off to operate as an independent public company under the name GiG Software PLC.
