The role

The Junior Account Manager is responsible for building strong, long-term relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving performance improvements. They manage a set group of partners, serving as their primary contact, and work closely with the team to track financials, preparing regular reports on costs, revenues, payments, and debts to support high sales performance and account stability.

What you will be doing

• Negotiating and reviewing current deals and cooperation with company's affiliate partners; identifying and negotiating deals with reputable new brands;
  
• Assisting in maximising revenues and other KPIs through successful negotiation and account management;
  
• Communicating regularly and building long-term relationships with marketing and affiliate departments of the operators;
  
• Assisting in delivering detailed KPI and market tracking and analysis;
  
• Assisting team members with day to day tasks and coordinating projects and activities as requested;
  
• Maintaining tracking systems for campaigns and online activities;
  
• Handling troubleshooting related to the operators;
  
• Working with internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement new Revenue opportunities;
  
• Monitoring competitor websites to identify new opportunities regarding partnerships;
  
• Attending meetings and visiting operators to discuss potential business growth opportunities and possibilities to improve delivery and overall quality;
  
• Attending and representing the company at various Conferences and Industry Specific Events.

Who we are looking for

• 1 year of experience in affiliate marketing or/and online advertising
  
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  
• Organizational skills/multi-tasking ability.
  
• Advanced knowledge and experience with administrative software
  
• Salesforce background experience (desirable)
