The role

We're on the lookout for a super star ⭐ Personal Assistant to join our winning team and support our Chief Financial Officer. If you're ready to roll up your sleeves and dive into a role where you'll be instrumental for the future success of the business.

What you will be doing

• Assisting with meeting preparation, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and ensuring all necessary materials are available when needed.
• Handling incoming calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the Chief Financial Officer, and drafting responses as necessary.
• Prepare mind blowing presentations that will wow our stakeholders.
• Master the art of calendar Tetris by scheduling meetings, blocking out time for strategy sessions, and ensuring our Chief Financial Officer is never double-booked and available when needed.
• Assist our Chief Financial Officer and other management members with various ad-hoc tasks including administrative tasks, document preparation etc.
• Assisting the Chief Financial Officer in the coordination and management of special projects, including follow-up with project stakeholders.
• Dive into research projects and unearth valuable insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Take charge of organizing travel arrangements for our core management’s epic adventures.
• Safeguard sensitive information like a pro, ensuring confidentiality is maintained at all times.

Who we are looking for

• Previous experience as a Personal Assistant or Executive Assistant supporting senior-level executives.
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and google tools.
• A high level of attention to detail.
• Proactivity, initiative and the ability to anticipate needs.
• Ability to multitask and handle a variety of ad hoc projects in an organized way.
• Excellent communication skills in Danish and English, both verbal and written.
